Casa Prieto I

This rural accommodation is located in the Asturian council of Quirós. It is an old building made from stone and with an imposing balcony that was coupled in 1995 as a rural tourist house.

is accessed through a small porch a one of the sides of it where you will find a table made from a stone wheel and a bank of the same material. Great for when the weather is nice.

is structured in 2 floors and Everything is decorated from rustic taste, highlighting for example the chandeliers that hang from the ceiling of the room. But equipped so that all current needs are fully covered.

On the first floor are the common rooms. A living room with wood fireplace, leather armchairs, bookcase with guides on places to visit and dining table. In this room there is a double bed where 2 more people can sleep. And next to it the kitchen, equipped with plate, microwave oven, refrigerator and many other small appliances.

The second floor houses a 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. From this floor you can also access the wooden balcony overlooking the town and other houses.

This country house has its own Wi-Fi and heating. In addition, although it does not have private parking, it is quite easy to park in its surroundings.

We also have the rural houses Prieto II, III and IV. For 4, 2 and 11 people respectively. They are very close to each other, so if you need more space do not hesitate to book these other accommodations.

The rural house Prieto I is located in the small town of Cortes, belonging to the council of Quirós. There is the church of San Melchor, which honors this saint born in the town itself, the only native of the Principality of Asturias.

Quirós is framed in the Natural Park of Las Ubiñas, where beech trees occupy more than 75% of the flora of the park.
