Description of Casa Punxa
This nice summer house is located on the outskirts of Pollença (Mallorca), in a green area within a polygon scattered throughout the countryside. It has beautiful green views of the Sierra de Tramontana.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are simple rooms and quite bright. It has wooden furniture that can be seen in the closets, the dressers or the nightstands. Both bedrooms have a air conditioning unit to cool the rooms.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is a room with a fairly large bed with a wooden headboard. At the top of the wall, above the entrance, there is installed a air conditioning unit. There are also a number of built-in wall cabinets, with the doors in sturdy dark wood.
- 2 bathrooms. They are decorated each in its own way, although they coincide on the tiled walls. One of them has a bathtub, while the other has a shower tray installed between a pair of walls with a screen. Next to the shower there is usually the sink and the bathroom mirror, and on the opposite wall there is a toilet.
- Living-dining room. It has a large wooden table, surrounded by a cupboard, an extra chair and a dark wood chest of drawers. The living room includes two large red sofas and a large coffee table. On the wall there is a fireplace, plus a stereo and television with DVD player.
- Kitchen. It has a traditional feel to it, including a wood burning fireplace in one corner. The walls are covered with tiles adorned with filigree reminiscent of ceramics. There is a breakfast table against one wall, and under the window is the countertop. Includes washing machine, dishwasher and oven. There is also a built-in fridge in the wall.
