Casa Ramón de Baish I

In the Lleida municipality of Escunhau, in the Valley of Aran, this traditional Aranese house was built. Specially designed for those who seek to enjoy nature in a pleasant environment, surrounded by family or friends.

The house was rehabilitated en 1996 and now you can see many of the building original elements, such as the stone walls of the facade, high roofs or wooden windows.

Its spaces are distributed over 2 floors where you can stay until 6 people. For this purpose it has 4 bedrooms, all of them on the top floor.

Its spaciousness and cozy character are due mainly to the height of its sloping ceilings and the warmth provided by the wooden floor. One of the rooms has a cute balcony with nice views to the Valley. They share 3 bathrooms equipped with shower tray and bathtub respectively.

The kitchen is an elongated space, with wooden cabinets and equipped with all kinds of appliances and necessary utensils. Complete the house room, with large windows overlooking the outside and a fireplace will heat the room in winter.

From the terrace you can see the close to 1000 m2 of garden vallado. A green space, equipped with tables and chairs in which to enjoy the barbecue.

Both the traditional aesthetics of the house and the landscape Aranese that surrounds them will make them remember where they are. Green spaces with unbeatable views of the Valley, where you can enjoy a barbecue o family as you approach the garden of the house and participate in the collection of fruits and vegetables according to the season.

One of the most beautiful places around Escunhao is the Lago that recites the same municipality name. A walk through the center of the village will take you back to medieval times, for its I San Pedro church, whose main tower rises above the roofs of the houses.
