Casa Ramón de Baish II

Escunhau, one of the smallest villages of the Arán Valley, in Lleida, is the place where our accommodation is located.

It is a traditional Aranese house with stone walls and tall abuhardillated ceilings. It was restored and since then many are those who have enjoyed their stays. With an aggregate and comfortable style, and retaining some of its native elements, all its corners are adapted to current needs. 

Perfect for groups of friends because it has capacity for some 9 people.

Its wooden floors and the high abuhardillated ceilings convert their 4 bedrooms into places full of light, wide and welcoming. They will share among them 3 bathrooms with bathtub and shower dish.

The kitchen is elongated and is equipped with white appliances. It is a bright and practical space for its large wooden closets. Communicates with the living room, which serves as a dining room and living room by having a table and comfortable sofas in front of the chimney.

The housing is completed the exterior space of 100 m2. A garden with terrace and furniture that make it the ideal place to enjoy the views and great barbecues. 

If there is something that characterizes Escunhau is the Lake in the vicinity and 2 medieval constructions that make people a more tourist place if possible: the Perejoan house, the oldest in the valley and the church of San Pedro.

Inside the house it is possible to enjoy the views from the garden and also perform agricultural tasks in our garden. A corner where we invite visitors to collect fruits and vegetables that during the year are collected and then try them at home.

Next to our house is the Baqueira Station as well as numerous establishments where to taste typical dishes of the aranese cuisine such as trout, mushrooms or different kicks from the neighboring country.
