Casa Remigio

In the Council of Amieva, belonging to Asturias, we have Remigio House, which is a typical village house with has chimney, as well as a garden and terrace in the outer zone.

The house can house some 11 people and has walls that are made of stone and wooden roofs, slightly low in some parts of the interior, giving a very cozy appearance. In many cases these ceilings are abuhardillados.

The living room has a chimney, to give heat on the coldest days and have 2 sofas and a television, so you can entertain yourself a little watching TV.

The kitchen, on the other hand, serves as a dining room, since it has a rustic wooden table with chairs and is a very wide area. As appliances you can find a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are 5 rooms:

• We have 2 bedrooms that include each 2 individual beds.
• Another 2 that include 2 marriage beds each.
• A third bedroom in which 3 people can sleep.

It also has 3 bathrooms s, which are to share among the guests. Both sheets and towels are included, for a greater comfort of the user.

One of the best things you can do is go outside and enjoy the beautiful garden. You can eat outside, having a table with wooden banks, sunbathe when you want or let your children play.

We are next to the Sella River and very close to the Picos de los Picos de Europa.

Several paths and routes allow you to hiking in the area, especially to know the surrounding natural environment.

They are next places like Covadonga, with its impressive basilica and the Santa Cueva. In the latter there is a small church inside the mountain, which is accessed by climbing stairs. It is a well -known and visited Asturian area.

In this area there are also the 2 majestic Lagos de Covadonga, which is accessed by a mountain road.

If you want a quieter tourism, you can go to the beaches of Ribadesella and Llanes.
