Casa Rúa y Río

This rural house was built in the small town of Val de San Lorenzo, belonging to the province of Leon que, thanks to its small population and its wonderful environment offers us some incredible extras that will complete, along with the characteristics of the house, the experience of our escapade.

The facade, of a single floor, made with materials such as stone and wood, visible both on the outside and inside of it, bring to the mansion a rustic touch that contrasts with the comforts that give us the most modern furniture and decorative elements.

Inside, with a decoration dominated by typical construction materials of the area mixed with details and ancient farming contraptions, are distributed throughout the rooms, which are distributed as follows:

• A dining room where we can relax and enjoy the company of ours both in the X

• Una kitchen complete with all appliances and utensils that will allow us to make our best dishes, if we do not want to taste the incredible cuisine of the area.

• 3 bedrooms, one bed in which is el bathroom, complete y in which la washer is included, and otros 2 single beds to complete the maximum capacity of 5 people .

Outside we have a rear garden decorated with plants and lawn very well maintained, in which we can spend very good moments thanks to the table with chairs that accompany the magnificent barbecue.

This rural house, located in the province of León, more specifically in the village of Val de San Lorenzo, with only about 600 inhabitants offers us a Tranquility and a unique rest surrounded by the best possible environment.

This environment is known by the name of Maragatería, which mixes mountain landscapes with valleys and streams, being the Mount Teleno and the Turienzo River very close to the house, being able to make excursions of great beauty including the possibility to do some sport.

A few kilometers town, we can visit cities such as Ponferrada, Astorga, incredibly beautiful place and great Roman culture, where we will have the opportunity to see a wide range of ruins of this ancient culture, and Leon, with a historical center of immense architectural beauty and a wide gastronomic culture.
