Casa rural 1904

It is a rural house with a lot of charm that is located in the center of the town of Tubilla del Lago. Built in 1904, it was completed in to remodel in 2010. From 3 floors and mixing modern materials with rustic elements prior to the reform, such as stone or ceiling beams, this century-old rural house is a perfect place for a Escape to Burgos lands of a group or family of 10 people.

The lower part of the house is made up of different rooms. A living room with a wood-burning fireplace that we leave at the customer's disposal, 2 coffee table sofas, plasma television, wii and wifi throughout the house. In it there is a wooden master column and beams of the same material. The dining room is located on the opposite side and is occupied by a wooden table with space for 8 diners.

On the same floor is the kitchen, completely remodeled and has the best amenities: oven with gas stove, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. The house is provided with 3 bathrooms and one of them, a small attic toilet, is located under the stairs on the ground floor.

The first floor has 3 double rooms, a single and 2 bathrooms. In some rooms, during the renovation, the stone was removed from the wall, so materials such as stucco and plaster are combined with the stone. The first double room is painted with a warm yellow , the second a lilac color and the third with bluish and white tones and decorated with 2 poppies. The 3 rooms have their corresponding bedding and bedside tables.

One of the bathrooms has 2 sinks sets, a large mirror and shower with screen. On the ceiling the old wooden beams are preserved. The other is a smaller bathroom but also consists of shower and sink.

On the third floor there is a diaphanous loft with wooden sloping ceiling and has 2 single beds with television.

One of the elements that characterizes the rural house is the mural that is painted on the wall of one of the rooms. This mural contains a philosophical message.
