- A large kitchen-dining room in which we have a wooden countertop with white cabinets in which you will find different elements of the kitchenware and appliances with which you can cook like at home. Just in front is the wooden dining table with chairs.
- A living room is spacious and right at the entrance of the house, which has a set of upholstered armchairs in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility sitting in them, while watching the plasma television in front. In this space there is also a wood burning fireplace. X
- 5 complete bathrooms, in which you will find among the toilets a large shower, with its screen in some cases and in other cases adapted to people with reduced mobility. We also have several sets of towels. X
- 6 large bedrooms in which to regain strength and distributed so that 3 of them have a large double bed, while the 3 rooms that remain, each of them has a pair of single beds, with sheets and plenty of blankets.

For 10 years I have been dedicated to donkey routes, as well as raising this wonderful animal. I therefore have a lot of experience in dealing with the public, as well as extensive knowledge of the entire mountain range, its fauna and flora.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house is newly built, opened at the end of 2011.
It is individually air conditioned in all rooms and the living room, for both heating and air conditioning.
It has 6 double rooms. The entire lower floor (entrance of the house, double room and bathroom) is adapted for people with reduced mobility, complying with all European standards for this.
It has a fireplace in the living room.
It has a large patio with barbecue.
It has a small terrace at the top.
It has a charger for electric cars.

Washer, dryer and dishwasher.
All types of kitchen utensils, in addition to paellero, electric cooking griddle and 18 liter pot for stews.
Bed linen, towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast includes: ground coffee, decaffeinated coffee in a sachet, coffee capsules, yogurts, various types of milk, juices, jam, sliced bread, extra virgin olive oil, infusions, fruit and cereals.
I have a great ecological conscience, and the house has renewable energy: aerothermal energy and solar panels, as well as water diffusers for saving and LED lamps throughout the house.

The rural house is located in a place that is difficult to match. Just 1 hour from Madrid, nature remains intact, and what most distinguishes our mountain range is without a doubt the peace that can be found in this natural environment.
Likewise, there is a wide cultural and historical offer, since El Escorial is 10 km away and Ávila is 40 km away.
For those who like mountain routes, the offer is immense, and they also have unbeatable orientation, since I, as the owner, am a nature guide and I dedicate myself to routes with donkeys in the mountains, so I am a great connoisseur of the area.
In addition to the donkeys, there is a farm with chickens, geese, emus and sheep. Every day you can participate in the maintenance of the animals, feeding them, collecting the eggs from the chickens, and, if you are lucky, giving bottles to a lamb.
