Casa Rural Al Alba

In the urban area of the Avila town of Lanzahita, is where this beautiful rural house is located, in the heart of the Valley of Tiétar.

You will distinguish it for its facade, in a bright white color with a wooden balcony and, in addition, adorned by a beautiful and flowery vine that adds the note of color, while its interior perfectly maintains the temperature thanks to the widths walls on which it stands.
It has space for five people, and its distribution is made up of two floors as follows:

• Ground Floor

Upon entering, we find the hall, next to which the stairs to the first floor are located. If we go inside, we will find a diaphanous room quite spacious and with abundant light.
On the one hand, we have one of the environments: the kitchen. It is open and it is equipped to be able to cook comfortably and to eat, next to it we find the dining table.

At the end of the stay, we find the living room, with two sofas facing each other and surrounding the television and the wood stove, perfect to enjoy a pleasant warmth in winter.
This floor also houses one of the rooms, which has a double bed, and a full bathroom with shower.

• Top Floor

This space distributes the two remaining rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a pair of beds, which has a small and pleasant balcony. On the ground floor, we also have a toilet shared by the two rooms.
And finally, we find the terrace, a perfect space to have a drink while you contemplate the wonderful views of the valley.
Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

Lanzahita, in the south of the province of Ávila, is located in the region of Valle del Tiétar, a place of abundant vegetation and a special microclimate of mild temperatures.
Despite being a small town, its urban area preserves some historical buildings, such as its parish, built in the 16th century with impressive interior of Gothic aesthetic.

But if there is one thing that really stands out for, it is the nature that surrounds the town. You will find a long list of routes or trails that offer beautiful landscapes and, in addition, you will be able to discover amazing places such as pools and natural pools in which, after the walk, take a refreshing bath.
