Casa rural Albereda

In the village of Benilloba, in the province of Alicante, you can stay in this house restored y that maintains its essence and its origin morisco.

You can rent entirely or by rooms, and have a total capacity for 12 tenants. In total there are 4 rooms, of which 3 are double with double bed or with 2 single beds together of 90 centimeters. These are the bedrooms Aitana, Almazara and the Loft.

Both the rest areas, as the rest of the house, the predominant element is the wood. Mainly seen on the roofs with XX exposed beams that collect all the light entering through the large windows of the rooms, and that is reflected and gives more breadth thanks to the nude tones of the walls.

On the main floor we find common areas such as the room. It is divided in 2 zones, one with comfortable sofas and butacones glued to the window and that look towards the fireplace. The other, with more sofas and glued to the library area. You will have at your disposal a wide collection of games, a music system as well as DVD. There is also free wifi.

From here you reach the kitchen. With an open space and free access, it reminds us of the kitchens of yesteryear with its dark wooden furniture, as well as the wooden and wicker table and chairs set. Its white and ceramic tile walls also maintain that pleasant temperature in the area.

Once outside we arrive at the garden and the terrace. Here we see the main facade of the house with exposed stone, which is shared and appreciated with some of the interior walls.

Outside there are 2 sets of tables and chairs where you can taste the breakfast - coming including renting the room- while enjoying the views of the mountains surrounding the house.

Surrounded by natural parks the Font red and Mariola, the town of Benilloba has a Muslim origin. You can know his history by visiting the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady of Benilloba or the palace of the Counts of Revillagigedo. The latter was built on an old building that was a fortress-house.

It is possible that when you approach you will find some of your parties. At Easter they put the traditional market on Good Friday, where we can find many traditional products of the area. Some are sausages, cheeses, wines, olive oil and its traditional Mona de Pascua. The town's festivities are in August, more specifically from the 14th to the 18th and honor San Joaquín.

On the first weekend of September are the typical dances in honor of the Virgin Mary, where 18 year olds dance during the 4 days that last. In October and with the day of the Valencian Community paellas are eaten in the courtyards of the old schools.
