Our spacious house of traditional style, is less than 20 minutes from Pamplona. It is located in the beautiful area of ​​the Ulzama Valley. It was built in the nineteenth century and has recently been rehabilitated by providing it with all the needs you need so that your vacation is perfect.

Divided into 3 plants, in every corner of the house you will find a rustic decoration with signs of modernity that make it their own style. All rooms are luminous, wide and very comfort.

On the ground floor of the accommodation we have all the leisure zone that goes from a room with ping pong table or football for the largest of the house, to another area destined for the fun of the smallest of the house. We have also enabled a toilet and a fridge, in this way you will not lack anything while you pass entertaining times with your family or friends.

Already in the first floor of the house we can count on the following:

• A cuisine with all the furniture in white and wood tones in which we can see perfectly integrated all the appliances that will allow you to cook and prepare succulent dishes during your stay. The kitchen also has a wide table with a bank to eat there.

• The lounge is divided into the rest zone, where we have a couple of sofas, seats and a TV with DVD so you can enjoy a movie in front of the great chimney in the room. The other part has a fairly large table with capacity for all tenants.

• There are 3 bedrooms in this plant of the house. All of them have their own private bathroom in addition. The first one has a marriage bed while the remaining 2 have individual beds. you will also find cabinets and tables to place your personal things and in the bathroom you also have built -in towels.

The second floor is abuhardillada and has:

• 4 double bedrooms, once again with its bathroom. Distributed in 2 bedrooms with a marriage bed and 2 with individual beds, they are all equipped and ready for rest. In the bathroom you have dryer and towels, in addition to all the necessary services.

• There is a salita of being with sofas and television also that it is very useful when there are so many people in the same accommodation. It is decorated in clear tones and is perfect for table games and alternative meetings.

In the exterior of the house we will find a garden that we have prepared with barbecue and picnic area with tables and chairs. In addition there is also a covered terrace on the first floor on which you can quietly sit down to take the fresco.

The Ultzama Valley is formed by several towns of very similar characteristics, surrounded by nature and plagued by a rural environment very typical of the area. Arraitz is one of them, here we have our house, in an unbeatable framework and in which you will be able to lose yourself for nature in its purest state. 

The orgi forest is a large millenary forest inside whose interior you will find examples of oaks that have occupied the northern zone for a long time. It was declared a recreational natural area and inside you will find hiking areas suitable for nature lovers and this activity. 

Visiting Pamplona can be a very successful option since we are a few 20 minutes, so you can take your vehicle and at one time reach the city of the San Fermines, walk through its famous Estheta Street and know important monuments that make this city something very beautiful. For example, its famous Citadel, turned today into a park, it is a fortress that in the past served to defend the city, hence its characteristic star form. The Monte Ezcaba is also a hallmark of the area since it predominates throughout Pamplona from the north and is quite visible.
