Casa Rural Alegre Soriano

This rural property is located in the Soriano village of kid. It is a cozy and very modern house, decorated with bright and cheerful colors, ideal to come with a group of friends or several families and couples.

It has capacity for 10 people being able to add 4 more to supplementary beds.

Each bedroom has a own bathroom so you will have intimacy and privacy but, at the same time, the common areas are diaphanous: the living room, dining room and kitchen, so you will also spend a lot of time all together.

The rural accommodation is distributed in 2 plants. On the bottom plant we have the following rooms:

• Wide diaphanous space with the living room, dining room and kitchen, all decorated with bright colors where there is a chimney, and a dining table for 10 diners to which you can add an auxiliary table for 4. The kitchen is decorated in green tones, and so are all the doors of the cabinets where we keep the tools and cooking battery as washing machine, oven, firogrific, etc.
• Small reading area that also serves to relax and enjoy tranquility, furnished with a couple of armchairs.
• 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

In addition, it should be noted that one of these bedrooms on the ground floor is enabled for disabled people.

Also highlight that a cradle is available for those parents who need it.

On the upper floor they are:

• 2 double bedrooms, also with own bathrooms.
• A room to be open with views to the lounge on the lower floor.

All the bedrooms in the house have as part of the furniture a recessed closet, and other of them have a table with a chair or other decorative and comfort elementos.

The Rural House also has Wi-Fi service in all its interior, also with music equipment, DVD player and games collection in the room.

kid is a Soriano municipality, which is right next to the Río Tera, so you will be surrounded by nature and vegetation.

It is also only a quarter of an hour in the city of soria. There you can enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, such as the Duero River, and devout and civil monuments such as its main square or the Church.

Almarza is another Sorian people who are 15 minutes from ours. It is there where you can discover constructions such as its church, the house-palace or the dolmen.
