Casa rural Arkupe

This rural house is located in the quiet Navarrese village of Arróniz. This stone building manages to combine the comfort of this modern era with the warmth and romantic atmosphere of the rustic town houses. Both the town and the house offer you the ideal environment to spend a few days away from the routine.

This house of 2 floors has capacity for 8 people and consists of the following places:

• 4 double rooms, a of which has double bed. The other 3 are furnished with single beds. Each one of them is decorated with a color and also have different furniture such as headboards and nightstands.

• 2 bathrooms with modern decoration and equipped with everything necessary for guests to be comfortable. One is pink and the other orange, but as far as toilets are identical, with shower tray and heated column.

• A living-dining room provided with a iron fireplace front to be heated on winter evenings while watching a movie on the television or listening to music on the computer.

• A kitchen decorated in red with black countertops, recently built and equipped with everything necessary to make the cooking process faster and more comfortable. Ceramic hob, oven or microwave are some of the appliances you will find.

• A attic composed of una living room with TV to play consoles or watching movies a ping-pong to create competitions and reading area with library and games table.

In addition, as complementary spaces we have:

• A warehouse located on the ground floor, which maintains the original structure and layout.

• A garden that surrounds the house and is provided with barbecue to be able to organize grills and paellas.

The house offers, in addition, a hair dryer located in one of the bathrooms, heating regulated through a thermostat from the house and iron to help with the laundry.

Arróniz, or Arroitz, as it is said in Basque, is a small town in Navarre that belongs to the merlin of Estella. In this town stands the Plaza de los Fueros, located in the center of the town, where you can find the Ayuntamiento, located in an eighteenth-century building. Strolling through the village you can see stately homes and buildings of the sixteenth century. Very close to the town, in the Sierra de Arrosia, you can see an archaeological site with remains of the Iron Age I.

In this area is the mountain range of Urbasa, a mountainous plateau about 1000 meters high that presents diverse karst landscapes, such as sinkholes, chasms and canyons. The name of Urbasa means in Basque "humid bósque", since its land is populated fundamentally by beeches.

Not far from these places, is Estella, located in a meander of River Ega. This city, located between mountains, is also known as the "Toledo of the North" because of the large amount of monumental heritage found in its streets.
