Casa Rural Artesano II

Our beautiful complex is located within the municipality of Navarredonda de Gredos, in Ávila. A total of 3 houses that are surrounded by beautiful gardens where you can breathe fresh air and also contemplate the beautiful views of Gredos.

The accommodation specifically is a house with capacity for 4 people. It is very cozy, very rural, very familiar, very ours. That is why we wanted to take care of all the details and we have taken care of building an accommodation with the best materials. Wood, stone and good decoration is everything that predominates in this house.

The living room becomes the main room as it is the meeting place for all guests. Various sofas, armchairs and a television create a very comfortable area that is enhanced by the presence of a fireplace. We access this room through the main door and it is the first thing we will find as soon as we enter.

The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is just off the living room. It is the perfect space for cooking as it has the most varied appliances, in perfect condition and very suitable for preparing all your favorite dishes. We have left you to prepare a set of crockery and cutlery that will undoubtedly also be of great help when it comes to organizing everything.

There are 2 rooms in this house. The first one has double bed. List with sets of sheets and blankets, you won't be cold at all in this comfortable bedroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds that has a sloping ceiling. This precisely gives it a more rural touch and has much more charm. Both rooms have cabinets and tables and everything you need for the perfect rest.

There are a quarter of a year complete and equipped. It has a bathtub, sink and toilet, as well as some furniture where you can organize your toiletries and you also have towels available for all tenants.

Outside the house you have a beautiful and well-kept garden, with barbecue included. It is the favorite place of the people especially in summer since you can lie in the sun and breathe the purest air of the Sierra de Gredos.

In the province of Ávila, specifically in the town of Navarredonda de Gredos, is where we are. It is a magical place in which to enjoy the rural environment, get to know its church, its streets and contemplate the Sierra de Gredos.

We also recommend a visit to Ávila, although there is a bit of distance, it is one of the most beautiful walled cities that we have in our country. Among the numerous monuments that it has in its old town we have the Cathedral of Salvador de Ávila, is from the 12th century and originally had a military function. The Basilica of San Vicente is Romanesque in style and its large dimensions draw a lot of attention. Apart from the religious architecture, we can take a nice walk through the Plaza del Mercado Chico, which also stands out for a construction full of arches and that is the meeting place for many people, so it is always full of life.

Las Navas del Marqués is another small municipality in which we can visit the Castle – Palace of Magalia. It is a monument that was built as a Renaissance palace without forgetting its defensive function, which is why it is also called a castle. We will have to settle for contemplating it from the outside since visits to the interior cannot be made.
