The farm has a large terrain to enjoy the outdoor and has permanent shadow thanks to the grove that accompanies the terrace and porch, which makes the stay easier in the days where the summer sun hits very strong.

In general, the house is perfect to make some romantic getaway or to make fun family gatherings.

This rural house is located in Villanueva de la Vera, within the province of Cáceres. Very close to Madrid, you can isolate yourself in this Finca in which you can rest in peace with nature and with yourself. It is an ideal place to go with family or friends.

This house was rehabilitated using materials and construction methods of other older times to transform it into a rustic and traditional enclave to the comfort of everyone who wants to stay there.

With a total capacity for 22 people, is distributed in 2 marriage habitacons and 3 quadruple bedrooms in the large house, two two -seater studies and one approached for 2 - 4 people. There is the option to rent the entire installation or any of its 4 accommodations separately.
