Casa Rural Ballenea

Rural house of great dimensions and with a decoration totally of rural style that is in the town of Erratzu, in the center of the mountains of Navarra.

It has been recently reformed and has been respected X original structure, this way people who visit us can know how are the houses in the area.
The house has a ground floor where we find:

• input Hall welcomes you with stone walls and antique furniture in brown tones.

• a living room with sofas that is perfect for meetings around the pretty stone fireplace that is in this room. In addition joins the dining , with una large rectangular table where no one will run out of room.

• The kitchen joins the living room - dining room thanks to the absence of doors, which allows it to be perfectly integrated. In it you will find all kinds of appliances to be able to cook more freely.

Climbing some beautiful wooden stairs we reach one of the rest areas on the first floor and the second floor if we continue the stairs we come to another of the rest areas.

Each of these plants has:

• 4 double rooms, arriving at a total of 8, with beds of marriage o beds individual, but always perfectly matched with their sheets and blankets. They are rooms with stone walls that give a special touch to the bedroom. All the beds have wooden or metallic headboards that, together with the bedside tables, allow you to have all your things available at all times. The bedrooms are very bright thanks to the windows that have each of them.

• Each one of the rooms has its own XX It is a bathroom with service, shower y washbasin in which we also leave you ready some towel sets. Having the bathroom in the bedroom makes it much easier to take a shower without having to wait if it is being used.

Finally, if we keep climbing those huge stairs that are in the center of the house, we will get to a attic that has sofas, tables and a library with information of the area. It is a part of the house very intimate in which you can have a space for you.

Outside of the house we have a large garden which we access from the ground floor. It is completely private and we will find furniture to sit down to eat or just chat.

The perfect location of our house will allow you to get into very beautiful places in this town. Erratzu is the largest town of the Valley of Baztán is one of those completely green places where you will find groups of houses that follow their traditions on a daily basis.

From here you can visit the waterfall of Xorroxin. It is a path that starts from our town and which you will see the beautiful shapes that are created by the route of the water and the vegetation typical of this wet area. To get to the waterfall you have to cross areas with stones and others with many plants of the environment such as ferns or moss.

Following the nature and color of the area, the green, we will arrive at the Natural Park of the Lordship of Bertiz, which has many forests plagued by fauna and flora quite curious and is that we are talking about a very careful area and respected that also has a botanical garden that will delight the lovers of these.
