Casa Rural Bella Vista I

Our cottage is in Casas del Puerto de Villatoro in Ávila.

It is a low and single family home. It has the color facade albero, combining with the exterior wall of stone. It is a new construction, but retaining that rural air. The capacity of this accommodation is for 6 people.

Inside, the house has 3 bedrooms. One of them has una big bed, while the other 2 have 2 separate beds which can be pushed together if parejas.

There is a bathroom with all toilets and a toilet.

In addition, it has a large living room. There is an area with chairs and coffee table. The fireplace is a very important element, gives the touch of warmth to the living room and also is very practical for winter holidays. In the same room, there is also a part with a spacious dining table. There is a television placed in a rustic furniture.

La kitchen has all appliances , so that they also can accommodate for longer stays. For example, there are washing machine, dishwasher and oven.

In the garage it has mounted a games room with football un and target to play darts. Here you can enjoy a good time and gather all the guests to entertain yourselves.
Outside has a patio equipped with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy large meals with your family or amigos.

However, the key to the house is the pool. is covered inside a room but glazed with large windows tanto on the walls and ceiling. In this way, we get several advantages:

• The water maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the year, also in winter the water grades rise.
• In winter we get rid of the characteristic cold of Castilla y León.
• However, in summer, light and sunshine are pouring in to enjoy the good weather.

Our rural accommodation is located in a XX It has about 100 inhabitants, so it is an area where you will be able to relax without being totally incommunicado.

Of the place it emphasizes the church by Santiago Apostle, that rose in the XV century, although later it was extended and rehabilitated. In addition, through its streets you can see some carved crosses, remains of what was once a Via Crucis in the open air.

In the area there are bars where you can taste the peculiar gastronomy of Ávila, like the machaconas potatoes, although you can always get close to the capital and visit its wall or the many castles.

It is also close to Salamanca or Madrid, and can be the starting point of many routes.
