Casa Rural Cortijo El Chorlito

The rural house is located on the outskirts of the town of Oliva de la Frontera.

It is accessed through a path and after a 3 km route we will be in this house immersed in the middle of a typical dehesa of Extremadura. From then on we will only worry about having fun with the company, enjoying the tranquility and observing the sunrises and sunsets in the dehesa.

The accommodation welcomes groups of up to 12 people, so it will be ideal to come several families or some friends, without disturbing or bothering anyone.

Divided in 2 floors, the house has tried to maintain the structure that it had years ago, of a typical house in Extremadura, respecting the materials such as stone and other details such as the wooden beams seen in the ceiling.

On the ground floor we find nothing more than a hallway with fireplace will welcome us, a kitchen equipped with appliances and crockery, a second kitchen with fireplace, a dining room and 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom .

When climbing the stairs to reach the second floor, we find a hall that will act as a hallway when connecting with the rest of the rooms on this floor. These are a total of 4 bedrooms, also with own bathroom each of them.
Regarding the bedrooms are all double:

• 3 of them formed by 2 single beds boards.
• Other 3 by double beds.

All have their corresponding bathroom, although the master suite will also have inside a jacuzzi.

On the outside of the house we have a front yard that will encourage us to peek into nature and contemplate it in all its glory and a large pool to refresh us during the hot afternoons extremeñas.

In addition, attached to the house we had a block, which we have renovated as living room of 100 m2 with fireplace, ideal to meet before and after bathing in the pool.

The house belongs to the town of Oliva de la Frontera although it is located in full dehesa extremeña, so it is far from the town and surrounded only by nature can see a lot of cork oaks and holm oaks, enjoying the sound of birds during the day and the mantle of the stars during the nights.

Also in the views we can also see Portugal al horizon due to its proximity and we can even visit wonderful places in this country such as the Alqueva dam, one of the largest in Europe.
