Casa Rural Costaneira

This cozy rural house is located within the Concello de Boiro, which is part of the province of A Coruña and is bathed by the waters of the Arousa estuary. It is an accommodation characterized by a privileged location due to the multitude of entertainment alternatives offered by its surroundings, in which its beaches become the main protagonists of the area. 

With capacity to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, this accommodation is suitable for families or small groups of friends who want to spend a few days away from the routine and decide to fully immerse themselves in a place that bases its popularity on its gastronomy, its natural environment and the kindness of its people. 

The house offers guests all the facilities and comforts necessary to make them feel at home, composed of the following rooms: 

• A kitchen with a breakfast bar and marble countertop between which the ceramic hob fits in to prepare delicious dishes. It has all the appliances essential for everyday life and a large refrigerator so that guests can store all the food without space problems. Very well lit room due to the location of the window, located on one of the walls of the kitchen, which allows natural light to illuminate the space. It has a large wooden cabinet on one side, whose drawers store the household items as well as the cutlery and crockery. Under the breakfast bar there are 4 high stools so that the tenants can eat comfortably.

• The living room is spacious and is composed of a sofa bed and a wicker chair located in front of a wooden table on which to rest a book or a cup of tea. The living room combines white walls with stone areas, matching the fireplace, the undisputed protagonist of this space in the cold seasons of the year. In front of the sofa, a flat television, a perfect audiovisual alternative for moments of relaxation. In addition, a charming piece of furniture stores a series of board games so that guests can easily entertain themselves. 

• 2 double bedrooms, the first consists of a 150 cm double bed. with wooden headboard and paintings arranged on its white walls. The second bedroom has a 135 cm double bed. Both bedrooms have closets so that tenants can store their luggage. 

• A complete and shared bathroom,  whose main feature is its b whirlpool tub for 2 people. Corner indicated for those moments of intimacy. In addition, a large mirror makes up this room in which the towels as well as the basic toiletries.

The exterior of the house is made up of a closed property of 600 square meters.

A garden where children can run freely without adults being afraid of getting lost. 
At the exit of the house, a small porch that covers a round table with several chairs, a corner of the house suitable for enjoying breakfast or dinner outside breathing in fresh air. 

Made up entirely of grass and containing one of the most valued elements of the house, the pool, ideal for those sunny days when you want to take a dip. Next to the pool there are several sun loungers to relax reading a book or sunbathing. 
A barbecue is the perfect alternative to celebrate a special occasion.

Boiro is the municipality belonging to the province of La Coruña in which this rural house is located, specifically in the estuary of Arosa, one of the largest estuaries in Galicia whose route also passes through the province of Pontevedra. 
There are many options for visiting this area since it has one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in our country. 

El Cabo de Cruz, belonging to the municipality of Boiro, and has 2 churches to visit, the Capilla del Carmen and the Iglesia del Castro. Regarding its economy, the majority of its inhabitants work in the fishing industry, with seafood being the typical product of the area and at the same time the one that gives the most benefits. 

The Carragueiros beach is just 600 meters from the rural house and is well known in the area as it has been awarded the blue flag which certifies its quality. Bordering the beach there is a boardwalk along which to walk on good weather days. 

The Curota viewpoint is located on a peak 500 meters high and from there you can see a general view of all the Rías Baixas, making this place an almost obligatory visit for all those who visit the area..
