Cozy cottage located in the village of Barco de Ávila and new construction, although with a certain rustic and charming touch. Nothing else to approach this house, in crude tones and with big windows, you start to fall in love with each and every one of its corners; because only seeing its exterior already makes you believe that what you will find inside will leave you with your mouth open and that's the way it is.

Park your car in the private garage and enter through its double wooden gate to the dealer hall. On the right, and after passing next to a restored coat rack, you can access the living-dining room. Here you receive a large wooden table in a space of great heights with sloping ceilings made of wood and where smooth walls in yellow gold and orange with stone walls are combined.

If you follow your path you get to the room itself, where there are several sofas in shades of gray but with cushions of the same shades as the walls. Complete this rest area a refurbished wooden table which was previously an element used in the farming of the field. There is also a large TV with a DVD.

The living room has a stone fireplace next to which an armchair has been placed, creating a place to "fight" ???? because it is the ideal place to sit with a book.

On the same floor there is also the kitchen. It is independent and is painted in orange but combined with aged cabinets in shades of pistachio green, while we can see a mosaic of tiles with a certain air of Marrakech. It comes equipped with all the appliances you may need, from vitroceramic, through an oven, dishwasher ... and has another dining area with a table of smaller size than the living room. For the first morning, a full breakfast will be left.

From the hall you can also access 3 of the 5 bedrooms that are in the house and that are:

• The first of them, with a bay window sliding down to the garden, comes with a large double bed of 150 centimeters and with a dream dressing. It also has a bathroom en suite that comes with a shower hydromassage.
  • The Jerte bedroom, that comes with a couple of single beds  and that also has a bathroom with shower.
    • The last bedroom on this floor is La Covatilla and consists of a double bed and access to another > bathroom.
      And thinking about the tranquility of parents traveling with children there is a bedroom - which is accessed by stairs from the living room - with several areas. On the one hand, the part of the main room with a bed of 2x2 meters and attic, and next to it another area with 2 single beds, thinking of the smallest Because he also has several toys. From here you can access a small reading room with a sofa and a desk area, as well as the last bathroom. All come with hair dryer, towels and magnifying mirrors.
      
      Already in the garden, there is a play area with a slide, swings and also a trampoline ! The older ones will want to be children when they see them jumping and not stop laughing.
      
      In the back garden there is a lovely gazebo with a outdoor table in black wicker. Beside it there is a barbecue and several garden furniture with sunbeds.
      
      From here you access the kennel, where there is a booth for your pets to rest just as comfortable as you. That yes, if you want to travel with them you must pay a small supplement of 8 euros.
      
      Finally there is the garage, where in addition to several cars there is a small gym with several machines, a barbell or a static bike . Next to the garage there is a laundry room with a drying area for clothes.
