A rural house located in the surroundings of the municipality of Rozalén del Monte, in the province of Cuenca that will be the perfect place to rest in the company of your loved ones.
It is an old farmhouse from the end of the 19th century, which has been completely restored and opened its doors in in 2013 to accommodate a total of 12 people.

Highlights comfort and space. When you are looking for a rural house you need it to have services adapted to your needs such as a swimming pool, barbecue, fireplace, games room... you have all of this inside. But also that everything is comfortable for the entire group, both for children and adults.
This old farmhouse consists of two floors of 280 m2. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room around the fireplace with TV, DVD, library and game collection. Kitchen furnished with all types of kitchenware. The house has 7 bedrooms in which the essence of yesteryear has been maintained in its decoration. It has 4 suites that, due to their size, can accommodate extra beds or cribs for the little ones. Bed linen and towels are included, and we also offer a home delivery service. The garden consists of 1,000 m2 where in its many corners you can enjoy the pool with solarium and beach bar, games room with billiards and table football, the winery where you can enjoy its 50m2, porch with barbecue...
What to do in its surroundings?
The first thing is to disconnect, it is located in Rozalen del Monte, a small town of 70 inhabitants 1 hour from Madrid, in the province of Cuenca. In a natural environment next to the Sierra de Santa Quiteria, from where you can enjoy the best sunsets in the region.

We were a weekend 12 friends. It is a perfect plan to disconnect a couple of days. The house is spacious and although a bit old, it is well maintained.
