Casa Rural El Collau

This 18th century mansion is located at Belmonte, which is a place of Pría, a parish west of the Asturian council of Llanes, northeast of Principado.

It is rented y y has a maximum capacity of 8 people, thus becoming the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. Their rooms are 4 and they have:

• A double bed equipped with the necessary sheets and blankets.

They have a own bathroom in which there will be towels and a bathtub. There is also a built-in wardrobe in which to store the luggage and heating to regulate the temperature of the stay together with a television.

The house is divided into 2 floors in which you will find:

• The ground floor te welcomes you with a rustic hall that opens onto a spacious room of living-dining room con a sofa area in front of the fireplace and another in which to enjoy the best cuisine on the wooden tables. Its roofs with rustic beams will fascinate you. You will also find a kitchen, with rustic furniture but not missing a detail, and a toilet in which there is also a washing machine.

• The upper floor contains the 4 rooms plus a spacious living room in which you relax to read a book or play while enjoying the wonderful views.

The outside has:

• A spacious landscaped space of 300 meters square in which numerous flowers make it an ideal environment to relax.

• In it there is garden furniture besides attractions for the little ones.

• You can enjoy a barbecue or have a drink on the porch.

• There is also enough space for to park your vehicle.

In the Asturian council of Llanes is the parish of Pría y, in one of its population nuclei, that of Belmonte, the house is located. We find it at the foot of the Camino de Santiago so you can follow the route that leads to Ribadesella y with which you will enjoy marvelous medieval bridges, churches and amazing views of the Cantabrian Sea.

Another option, which also directs you to the beautiful beaches of the village, is to follow the Senda de Samuel that borders the course of the Río Guadamia. It will lead you to the homonymous beach in addition to crossing the Bufones de Pría, a phenomenon that occurs when the waters collide against the cliffs and great jets of salt water form.

There are only 30 minutes that separate you from the Natural Park of the Picos de Europa.
