This precious house is located in the town of poyales, belonging to the municipality of Enciso in the province of La Rioja.

The house has a capacity for 5 people due to the option of putting an extra bed.

It has 2 plants and has everything you need to have pleasant vacations.

The facade of the house presents an architecture in stone, with elements of wood on its doors and windows. It has wide windows from where you can see an incredible view of the environment.

On the ground floor, we find the spacious room, where we can enjoy the best program in the television. Also, it has a beautiful chimney of firewood, ideal to keep us warm in the cold months.

It also has a pantry, a dining room of 4 -seat wood ideal for breakfast and a bathroom complete for the greater comfort of the visitor. The space is colorful and with natural light. The cuisine, decorated in clear tones, presents all essential utensils and appliances to prepare delicious dishes. The house has heating and solar plate.

On the first floor, we will find the 2 rooms fully equipped. Both have a marriage bed, bedding and ample space. In addition, they have balcony with precious views. The decoration is typical of a typical rural house, with cabinets and wooden roof. Each room has bathroom with shower and towels, for the comfort of the host.

The house is adapted for people with reduced mobility and has inner staircase to access the rooms. The bathrooms have articles for hygiene and hair dryer, to keep us fixed on any occasion.

In the External Zone we have:

• barbecue, ideal to meet with family and with friends and make rich meals.

• patio, which can be accessed from the kitchen, with ideal tables to have breakfast in full nature.

• garden, with more than 130 square meters, has sun loungers and a lot of vegetation and is exclusive use for customers.

Another place of interest is Navalsaz, where great walks full of tranquility can be made.
