Casa rural El Llanito II

This rural house shares a building with another of our houses. This in particular is located on the upper floor, so all its ceilings are attic and also has wonderful views.

In it you can host maximum 6 people, las which you can use all common areas with which we have.

In the interior of the house you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen in the same diaphanous area, squeezing the space to the maximum.

• The living area has a red sofa bed, and also with a fireplace that in winter will make you feel at home. Beside it there are several wooden shelves for you to put what you want, and in addition, a nice vinyl drawing decorates the back wall of this area.

• The dining table is located right next to the sofa and in front of a window, so you can eat watching the landscape that this height provides you.

• The kitchen is office type. Separa for a small bar this space is construed, which has the appliances basics: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and other electrical appliances for cooking is a real pleasure. In addition, from here you can access a small terrace, also with views of the surroundings.

In this rural apartment there are 2 double rooms. One of them has double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped one of them with shower and the other with bathtub. In addition, in the house there is another shared bathroom.

In the outdoor zone tenéis:

• A pool. Perfect place to take a dip in summer. If you like to sunbathe and get morenitos, you can do it, because we have a area with lawn, in addition to having different furniture, such as sunbeds and umbrellas, own for this place.

• A barbecue. The meat of Salamanca is of very good quality and here you can taste it, roasting it yourselves. In addition, we also have a porch to sit a eat quietly.

• A small garden and a parking area, complete the exteriors.

This is not everything. The house, in an annex building, has a super jacuzzi, where they fit up to 4 people. You can regulate the temperature of the water and also choose the colors that you want to have in it. And if this is not enough, there is more, then while you relax in the jacuzzi, from the large windows you can see the Sierra de Francia.

If you come to these houses, you can go to enjoy the following places:

• Miranda del Castañar. This town is only 4 kilometers from Villanueva del Conde. It is a place with an old wall and with a castle. Also, if you like the artisanal and natural trade, it is a perfect place.

• On the other hand, you can enjoy Béjar, something further away, but a highly recommended town. In the interior you can take a walk through the gardens of El Bosque, with a Renaissance style that mixes small lakes with vegetation.

• Finally, and if you come in winter, very close is the VIX1 ski slope of La Covatilla.
