Casa Rural El Pocillo

Rural house located in Fuente El Fresno, within the province of Ciudad Real.

It is a beautiful family-run accommodation that has been built and decorated with great care. It has enough rooms for you to have a pleasant rest period.
Among these spaces we offer you the following:

• A very spacious living room that has several sofas around a fireplace and a TV. Here you can spend family moments with board games or long-lasting conversations. In addition, there is a wooden table a little more isolated in an area intended for the dining room. During your stay we provide you with a first batch of firewood so that you can use the fireplace if necessary.

• The kitchen has light wood furniture and is perfectly equipped so that you can make your meals and, if you prefer, you can use the dining table that we have installed in this room.

• We have 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with a bed of double and the other remaining has 2 single beds. Each decoration is different but all are equally well cared for. Youthful details and other more sober ones, the beds are dressed with sets of sheets and blankets so you do not have to worry about that detail of the accommodation.

Inside a of the double rooms there is a complete bathroom and then we have another that is outside and is common to all. The services are also ready with its very neat furniture and towel sets.

The exterior of the house is one of the things that all the guests who visit us like the most:

• We have a large garden very green and well cared for that allows you to walk and breathe fresh air. He is accompanied by a large pool where you can swim and rest in the sun in the solarium.

• A little more isolated there is a picnic area with tables and chairs and the large stone barbecue. This entire area is illuminated at night in case you want to have a dinner. And of course the pool, so in summer you can go to bed cool.

• There is a terrace also that looks out between the facades of the house.

Finally, the house has a garage with space for 2 cars, even so outside, which is easily accessible, you can also leave the vehicle.

The area in which we are located has a wide range of activities and places to visit where you will discover true wonders of nature.

To begin with, our surroundings are the well-known Montes de Toledo that separate the Tagus and Guadiana basins. Rejuvenated mountains that have not been affected by glacial erosion and that present very beautiful views. We can see here the so-called fan-shaped pebbles. Within this area we can access the Cabañeros National Park.

The Tablas de Daimiel National Park is undoubtedly one of the most important wetlands in all of Spain. It has been formed by the overflow of two rivers in its middle sections, specifically the Guadiana and Cigüela rivers. It has both fresh and salty waters and is full of fauna and flora that make it one of the most visited places in the area.

Strolling through Los Ballesteros is to enjoy the proximity of its little more than 100 inhabitants, walk through its streets and get to know its white-fronted church that is in perfect condition.
