Spectacular house in the town of Guisando, in the northwest of Ávila. It is a home that is fully rented and totally independent where you can spend a few days of total relaxation and absolute rest because here you will find everything you are looking for.

It is a house of about 440 square meters where up to can accommodate 16 people. In addition, the home automation system that is installed in it and with which you can use its touch screen to modify both lights and temperature, etc., is striking.
Striking is its exterior part with a saltwater pool –yes, salt water like in the sea- and an oval shape which is surrounded by a chill out area that at night in the summer months becomes a a zone 10. Illuminated by different points of light as well as candles, here you can have pleasant evenings with your loved ones and see the stars.

Several hammocks as well as a set of sofas and black wicker armchairs form this part of the terrace, as the outdoor areas continue with another space formed by a barbecue and a state-of-the-art wood oven and in where you can prepare some delicious dishes and, why not, with meat from the area so famous here.

As for the interior of the house, which has piped music, you will have a large living room within a open space and where they connect with both the dining room and the kitchen. But before telling you what these spaces are like, I tell you that in this room there are several black leather sofas as well as cushions of the same fabric so you can throw them on the floor and thus gather everything in front of the wood-burning fireplace or in front of the television with DVD.

Now yes, and on a higher level, there is the dining area composed of a large glass table as well as matching chairs. Next to it is the kitchen,, which separates rooms through an American bar with several stools in black and metallic tones. It comes fully equipped with both appliances and complete household items, although if you don't feel like cooking you can request either the breakfast or meal service.

On this floor there is also a toilet, as well as a hall and a special Wifi area – although this also reaches other corners of the house.

And we move on to the bedrooms as it has a total of 5 rooms of which a couple are double rooms while the rest are quadruple rooms. They all have an en-suite bathroom, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility and the other comes with a whirlpool bathtub.

The bedrooms are large rooms equipped with either a double bed or 2, and in one case with a pair of single beds. In addition, they have large dressing rooms and are decorated with a modern and current style but without losing the warmth and comfort of the traditional.

We do not forget that in the house you will also find a underground cellar as well as a private parking with capacity for several cars.

In the surroundings of Guisando, in the south of the province of Ávila, you can spend a few days in a town declared  Historical and Artistic Site, so everything indicates that it is a place of special beauty.

Here you can visit the Church of the Purísima Concepción, which is a modern temple and replaces the original church that was from the 15th century. You can also come and see the Rollo, which is nothing more than a monolith that was built after achieving independence for the town that belonged to Señorío de Arenas.

More places to visit are the Ermita de San José –from the 18th century- or the Castillo del Condestable Dávalo, although it is also called Castillo de la Triste Condesa. The Convent of San Pedro de Alcántara or the Bee Museum.
