Casa Rural Esmeralda

Our rural house is covered by stone. It is located on the outskirts of Cuenca, in Villanueva de la Jara, on a fenced farm of 2,200 m², with porches and garden with barbecue.

This complex has a capacity for 6 people maximum.

In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms and the remaining, double with a 1.05 m bed; in such a way that it is very good for families with children. The house also has a bathroom with bathtub.

The room serves at the same time as a dining room. It is a wide 60 m² stay with chimney in a corner, sofas and tables. Thanks to its American bar, we can introduce ourselves in the kitchen, which has wooden doors and that has appliances as microwave, oven and washing machine.

The exterior gives way to a wide garden with grass and a terrace, where you can find the barbecue, which is under a covered space, a garden, a child park and a specific area for children's games, with tricycles or with a house.

Actually, there is capacity for someone else, as long as you use the Sofa-Cama that has the house, which allows 2 more people to sleep without difficulties.

There are heating in all the rooms of the rural house.

Outside there is a parking area.

Villanueva de la Jara is characterized by its basilica and by the convent. Apart from these monuments in the town there are remains of the Spanish Civil War, such as Búnkers. 

In the municipality there is also a pool for all users.

• Alarcón It features its fortification of Muslim origin.
• The hoces of the Cabriel River.  shelter numerous animal and floral species.
• The Route del Quijote. Several villages of Castilla La Mancha make up these paths.
• basin, which is only 85 km away.
