Casa Rural Graciano II

This rural house is located in the village of Ochagavía, considered one of the most beautiful of the Pyrenees. It is located on the second floor of a house that follows the traditional and characteristic architecture of the town that was built in the 19th century.

Located opposite the homonymous apartment, this house has capacity for 2 people and is divided into:

• A room furnished with a double bed with sloping roof and exposed beams which gives it a rustic feel that accompanies the wooden wardrobe painted in broken white and the skylight that illuminates the room.

• A bathroom fully equipped located near the bedroom.

• Una kitchen complete decorated with white furniture that has a marble countertop that allows to leave hot utensils on it and all the appliances needed for meals to be made easily.

• A living room with dining table to rest from the bustle of the city watching a movie or just reading a book on the couch. This room also has a balcony that allows you to contemplate the views of the town and the Jungle of Irati.

In addition the house has:

• Connection Wi- Fi that allows you to see what contacts do on social networks.

• Central heating that guests can regulate to their liking through a thermostat.

• A extra bed that can be added to the marriage bedroom.

• The possibility of carrying animals, under consultation with the owner.

Otsababia in Basque and Ochagavía in Spanish, is a town of 584 inhabitants located in the heart of Navarre. The town is characterized by having stone houses with smooth roofs to 2 or 4 waters that are very inclined to avoid the accumulation of snow in winter. In addition, many of them have the family crest engraved in stone on the facade of the house.

Very close to the village is the Jungle of Irati, a thick forest of beech and fir that is considered one of the largest in Europe and that occupies most of this territory of 17195 hectares. A network of 16 well-marked trails extends through these forests discovering those who go through all their charms and secrets.

Among the other routes that can be made by this jungle is the climb to Pico de Orhi, which has a height of more than 2000 meters and is one of the highest peaks of the Navarrese Pyrenees. The route that crosses the skirt of this mountain to reach its peak part of the port of Larrau, which can be reached by car without problems in spring.
