Casa Rural Huerta de las Mayas

The rural house Huerta de las Mayas is a rural construction that respects the characteristic style of Andalusia.

The rural accommodation is rents completely, can stay up to 15 people y their stays are distributed throughout 450m2 entre various heights.

The rural house is configured by a living room, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room, terrace, garden and swimming pool.

The living room, 80m2, is structured at double height. In the lounge area we find several sofas and armchairs that are placed around the fireplace. Going up 2 steps we find the dining area, with a table that can fit up to 12 people. In front of the table there is a huge window that makes the rooms very bright.

One of the kitchens, the main one, has a long counter where the appliances are fitted (oven, ceramic hob, etc.) and where devices such as the microwave, the coffee machine, etc. are placed. In the center there is a table for 4 people, and the tableware and crockery are included.

The other of the kitchens is country style. This also includes the tableware and crockery. It has a wooden cupboard, and shelves built in the kitchen structure itself.

Of the 6 rooms, 5 of them are double, and the sixth is triple. All of them are furnished with wardrobes, desks, shelves, tables and chests of drawers. Also all are exterior and have heating. One of the rooms has private bathroom.

The 3 bathrooms are complete. One of them has a countertop with 2 sinks, and all are furnished and have a mirror.

In the game room we found a glass table in the center of a sofa and 4 seats. In this room you also have a stove, television, library, table tennis table, board games, and more things.

On the outside and front of the house is where the porch is located. Here we find a wicker chairs and plants to decorate it. In the garden is where the barbecue, and the pool of 12x5. It is furnished with tables and wooden benches from which you can enjoy the views.

The terrace has garden furniture such as a plastic table and chairs, and has awning to protect from the sun.

There is also garage for more than one car, and 4 blocks.

Other additional equipment of the rural house:

The rural house is located in Hornachuelos, a town of Córdoba.

In the vicinity of the house we find fruit trees, like oranges, which are more than 100 years old. It is also located in the Sierra del Pueblo and is quite close to the Diversion Dam Bembézar.

This space is cataloged as a Biosphere Reserve.

It is a town of indoor baths thanks to the numerous rivers and streams that cross it, and it is abundant in cork oaks, holm oaks and rockroses, among many other species of trees.

If you are a lover of the animals, you will be happy to know that in our town they live from mammals such as wolves or lynxes, and birds of prey such as the imperial eagle or the black vuitre.
