Casa Rural Jardín de la Demanda

We present this accommodation located in the Burgos municipality of Arlanzón, a quiet town belonging to the region of Alfoz de Burgos.

It is a full rental rural house, with part of its facade in stone and with a capacity for 16 guests, being perfect for large groups, both family and friends.

In the exterior the house has a extensive garden with beautiful green areas, some of them with trees, and also having a indoor pool, as well as a fronton where you can have fun practicing sports.

It also has a outdoor terrace that includes barbecue, along with a large-capacity table to enjoy meals outdoors.

The house is divided into three different floors and then we detail the rooms of each of them:

• Ground Floor

Here we find an area of ​​ covered terrace in which includes a living room with various environments.

We also have several rooms, which have antique-style furniture dominated by a wood-burning fireplace and are equipped with a television screen.

• First floor

First of all, we have a spacious living-dining room, equipped with several sofas and armchairs, in addition to having television and a large fireplace.

The kitchen, of great size, is an independent room, being perfectly equipped to be able to make all kinds of meals.
On this floor we also find five double rooms, with double beds or a pair of beds, depending on each one, and also including a small living room that in some cases has fireplace.

Regarding the toilets, this floor has three complete bathrooms, some of them included in the room, which have a bathtub or shower.

• Second floor

On this floor we also have access to a kitchen, with a somewhat more modern furniture in this case, but also with all the equipment to cook.

The three remaining rooms are located on this floor, also with double beds or two beds, with a small living room with several armchairs, and a interior fireplace, also in one of them.

This floor has the other three bathrooms, also complete and equipped with a bathtub or shower.

The house has covered garage for vehicles.

Arlanzón is a small town located in the region of Alfoz de Burgos.

From here, one of the essential visits to this region is the town of Pineda de la Sierra, which is of medieval origin, and housing a valuable architectural heritage of the time.
Among the most prominent places are its two churches, dedicated to San Esteban and a Santa Juliana with a beautiful arcade on its facade, in both cases.
