This rural house is located in the urban area of ​​ Iribias, a small town in Navarra.

It is the attic of an old mansion recently rehabilitated converted into a pleasant space in which to relax and enjoy nature.

The house is completely independent from the rest of the building, where its owners live, and has capacity for 12 people in 4 double rooms with their own bathroom and a mezzanine in which, at no additional cost, they can be enabled 4 more beds.

The house is distributed in ground floor and mezzanine that have everything you need to make your stay cozy and as comfortable as possible.

• 4 double rooms with careful rustic decoration, wooden ceilings and large windows, all with double bed and modern private bathroom with shower and hair dryer.

• A mezzanine that is normally used as a meeting space or a television , with board games and a bookstore, where at night, we can enable up to 4 more beds so you don't have a problem if you are a group big. This stay is perfect for children.

• The kitchen with American bar, open to the living room, is fully equipped and has modern appliances for cooking, so all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself.

• In the same room there is a large table, ideal for eating, and a cozy living room with several sofas where you can gather around the warmth of the fireplace on cold winter days or watch television. Its balcony with a small table is perfect for having coffee in the sun enjoying the views of the valley.

- In addition, in this house you can enjoy a covered outdoor space with a ping pong table, table football and a barbecue area with garden tables and chairs where you can have a good time playing.

In the town, a few minutes from the house, there is a cider bar typical of these lands where you can taste homemade cider and roasts over firewood.

The town of Iribias is located at the foot of the Sierra de Aralar, in the charming valley of Larraun, a place of incredible landscapes to enjoy nature. Through these lands of typical farmhouses you will be able to experience the peace and tranquility of a northern village with green meadows and fresh air.

A 20-minute walk from the house, on a pleasant and easy walk that children can also enjoy, the sources of the Ercilla and Larraun rivers create various phenomena along the way, such as chasms or sinkholes to be discovered among beech and oak trees for a r signposted route, explained on information panels along the way.

For the more adventurous, the Monte Balerdi is one of the peaks with the best views of the Sierra de Aralar. Going up its slopes will be worth it when you reach the most characteristic of the Malloak ridge and enjoy the landscape.
