Casa Rural La Calzada

On the periphery of sources Prepared, a Zamorano municipality, is where our rural accommodation is located. It is in an environment where tranquility reigns, surrounded by field but having only 5 minutes walking the town square.

The house has a capacity of 10 people, being able to expand the number in 2 by adding 2 supplementary beds that would be installed in the room.

The light is the essential element of this house, which has exterior windows in each of its rooms and a great solarium at the entrance of the accommodation.

Inside we find the following rooms:

• Modern kitchen with household appliances and household losses included.
• Wide very bright living room and decorated with bright and cheerful colors. What stands out the most of the stay are its black and white tile soils.
• 2 full bathrooms, one of them with shower and screen.
• 5 bedrooms, of which 2 have a marriage bed each and the remaining 3 are double, with 2 individual beds. The bedding of the mattresses is very striking and fun.

All these rooms are in a only plant which is accessed through steps at the entrance of the house and through the solarium.

In the basement there is a garage with capacity for a pair of cars and a space where the typical matches were performed of the area, with chimney included.

Surrounding the accommodation we have a wide garden country, with furniture such as tables and chairs to enjoy nature and tranquility, away from the noisy civilization. In this area we also have a small garden.

The house is only 5 minutes walk from sources predicted.  An important detail to point out of the people is that it is involved in the Vino Tierra, ideal to enjoy a good quality cup between friends and family. 

An Roman market is celebrated annually where neighbors of all ages participate. It consists of adopting the clothing of the time and selling different accessories.

We are also just 20 km from Zamora and 45 km from Salamanca, both cities have several monuments of interest to visit as the Cathedral of Zamora or the University of Salamanca.
