Casa Rural La Moderna

We bring you one of the rural jewels of all Castilla y León, separated into 3 different environments.

This comfortable and cozy house will make you, and yours, enjoy a few days of total disconnection in the Castilian plateau, specifically, in the municipality of La Parrilla, just 20 kilometers from the urban area of ​​ Valladolid, epicenter of the whole region.

The house is divided into a beautiful garden private exterior, star factor of this, a lower floor y a quiet top floor, para host a group of 7/8 guests con the maximum possible comfort that characterizes us.

The house is completely reconditioned y the accesses are very comfortable.

In the garden, we have:

• A barbecue traditional equipped.
• A small prairie crowded with trees and protected by walls to respect your privacy and be able to walk around the garden.
• A porch to be able to sit down to chat.
• Outdoor summer dining room for the hottest days and
• A solarium.

Inside the spacious ground floor we find:

• A kitchen functional but where you have tried not to lose the essence of the house, counting with your oven, dishwasher or washing machine.
• One of the dormitories (the individual) that counts in turn with a library.
• A bathroom.
• The living room en 2 heights that has TV flat and a sofa bed and the dining room interior, which can be accessed from the living room itself. Everything in wood and stone, which gives it a more rural touch.

• A small corner dedicated to reading.
