Casa Rural La Torre 18

The rural house is named number 18, which coincides with its address. It is part of a complex of 4 houses located at L'Arboxar de Baix, a former medieval village that is now only composed of our rural complex.

The complex owes its name to part of the building, since in addition to the 4 houses there is a tower, which can be accessed from one of the accommodations.

The house that occupies us has capacity for 8 people, which may be distributed in their 2 plants.

On the ground floor you will find:

• Living room, which recovers the ground floor of the fortress so that the arches make large windows overlooking the vineyards. It also has a sofa, table to eat and a nice fireplace. Both spaces are differentiated, using some stairs you can access one or the other. From here you can go outside, consisting of a terrace .

• Kitchen with tiles, kitchen countertop and numerous appliances, such as washing machine, hob or oven. In addition, it has furniture like a kitchen table where you can take quick snacks. In the cabinets that make up the room you will find the kitchen utensils.

Up the stairs you will reach the rooms and bathrooms.

In the house there is a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of them double with 2 beds and the other bedroom with double bed. These rooms have a unique charm, as they have the little windows of the time, the wooden ceilings and even attic areas, all wrapped in a warm yellow.

Of the 2 bathrooms that are in the house, one de they is deprived of the room of marriage. All are complete, with tiles and large mirrors. One of them has a shower and the other bathtub.

Its exteriors are characterized by a terrace muy large solarium type and another elongated terrace with arches and views of the vineyards.

To share with the rest of the house of the complex there is a swimming pool y area of ​​parking.
