Casa Rural La Torre 18

The Rural House is named number 18, which coincides with its address. It is part of a 4 -homes complex located in l’Arboxar de Baix, a former medieval villa that is now only composed of our rural complex.

The complex owes its name apart from the building, since in addition to the 4 houses there is a tower, which can be accessed from one of the accommodations.

The house that concerns us has capacity for 8 people, which can be distributed in their 2 plants.

On the ground floor you will find:

• Living room, which recovers the bass of the fortress such that the arches make large windows overlooking the vineyards. It also has a sofa, table to eat and a pleasant chimney. Both spaces are differentiated, using some stairs you can access one or the other. From here you can go outside, formed by a terrace.

• Kitchen with tiles, kitchen countertop and numerous appliances, such as washing machine, hob or oven. In addition, it has furniture like a kitchen table to take quick snacks. In the cabinets that make up the stay you will find the kitchen tools.

Going up the stairs you will reach the rooms and bathrooms. 

In the house there is a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of them double with 2 camitas and the other bedroom with marriage bed. These rooms have a unique charm, since they have the windows of the time, the wooden roofs and even areas of attic, all involved in a warm yellow.

Of the 2 bathrooms in the house, one of them is private of the marriage room. All are complete, with tiles and great mirrors. One of them has shower and the other bathtub.

Its exteriors are characterized by a terrace very large solarium type and another elongated terrace with arches and views of the vineyards.

To share with the rest of the complex house there is a pool and parking area.

Because our houses are a town itself, l’Arboxar de Baix, you must get out of here to perform your leisure activities.
Our environment is popular for the following points of interest:

• Garraf Macizo, where you can perform sederism or activities realized with life in the field as mushroom collection.

• Cava, of origin and cultivated in our lands.

• Calafell, locality with monuments such as the Barral House in the maritime pass.

To give you a bath, you can go to sitges, a few kilometers from our home.
