It will take you just over an hour to reach this charming ranch from the Castilian-Leonese province of Ávila. A few kilometers from the house, are the Sierra de Villafranca and e l Alberche River.
Built with traditional materials of wood and stone, this newly built home has a maximum capacity of 4 people.

The interior of the house is distributed in 2 floors:
- On the ground floor of the house there is a large living-dining room in traditional style. The living room is dominated by a beautiful fireplace with stone covering that gives it an atmosphere of absolute candidness. You can watch the firewood burn on the comfortable sofas or while you enjoy a meal at the table.
- In the same space, there is a American kitchen. The kitchen is joined to the living-dining room by a large wooden bar, which makes the spaces merge into one and gives a feeling of spaciousness. In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob and cabinets where you can store your purchases.
- On the upper floor you will find 2 large bedrooms: a double room with marriage and another room with a pair of single beds. Both have television inside. If you come with a baby, there is the possibility of requesting a crib.
- In addition to these rooms, the house has a fully equipped bathroom-toilet.
