Recently rebuilt this house in the village of Gavilanes, in Ávila, dates from 1968 and today is available for you to spend a few days of rest and disconnection surrounded by nature.

When it was built it was done thinking about the farmers of the area, as well as for the farmers. In fact, the area of ​​ stable of stone in which the tractor is stored is still maintained. This surely catches the attention of children, that if they accompany you in these days in which we forget the city, they will want to get on and feel authentic farmers. Of course, always with care.

As for the house, whose exterior facade is half of stone sight and half in reddish tones, has a capacity for 8 people.

Inside there are 4 bedrooms, of which only one has 2 single beds. The other 3 are equipped with double beds. In addition, all the rooms are attic, in which the wooden beams are seen and give it that typical charm of the field.

And if we rent the whole house, the bathrooms issue can be a problem, right? So that there are no jams or hassles there are 2 full bathrooms. In both there shower y come with towel sets for everyone.

All bedrooms are on the top floor of the house, where there is also a small living room. You meet her just up the stairs, from where a small hall is born from which you can access the rooms.

In this living room, also attic, there is also a TV.

And we do not forget the lower floor, where in a single room we find the room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the first part, there is a cozy chimney de firewood, which creates a pleasant atmosphere and where the tenants meet in the cold season -the house has heating -. To taste the delicious dishes prepared in the kitchen there is a dining table, and next to it is the kitchen. It comes equipped with a ceramic hob, a microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher i forgot to wash, you are on vacation!

And if what you like is a good grilled food, you can do it on the exterior barbecue. It is in the garden of the house, where you can run your, more than welcome, pets.

On the outside of the house you can also leave parked your car and will be well taken care of and surrounded by nature in this environment of the Sierra de Gredos.
