The expression " staying in Babia " could perfectly describe what it means to spend a few days in our beautiful rural houses, located in the center of the Leonese region, in the town of Cabrillanes.
Here you will find up to 2 homes, whose stone and wood facades and spectacular exteriors, united with a natural environment that is difficult to match, welcome you to a space full of comforts and details to guarantee a dream stay.
In addition to enjoying beautiful views, the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, carefully decorated and furnished with beautiful tables and chairs, in which there is a game area with swings for the little ones, and another with a wonderful barbecue to enjoy with the family.

- This first home is divided into 2 spacious floors that stand out for their luminosity and their taste for small details. On the first floor, there is a room with living room, integrated kitchen and dining room, and a small toilet. X
- The kitchen, fully equipped different cabinets, distributed between a modern refrigerator with freezer on top, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood and a practical washing machine. Between the spacious and elegant countertops, there is a comfortable sink, with enough space for the varied kitchenware and the beautiful tableware. X
- On the other side of the room, next to the windows, is the living room area itself. In it, our guests can rest on the comfortable sofas and chairs, above which, on the wall, hang beautiful paintings. On the opposite wall, there is the cozy fireplace, right next to a closet, in which you will find entertaining games for the whole family, on which is the television. X
- On the other side of the kitchen, there is a door that gives access to a practical toilet. This is smaller than the one on the upper floor, which has a large bathtub completing its elegant furnishings, but it is just as comfortable. For both of us we have provided with enough towels, which can be found in the bathrooms themselves or on top of the beds. X
- Up to 5 beds, counting the 2 sofa beds that we have, there are in the house, distributed in 2 large bedrooms, located on the floor above. One of them is double, with a space divided between a beautiful furniture carved in wood, with nightstands on the sides of the bed, spacious wardrobes, both high and drawers, somewhat lower, and some chairs and tables throughout the room.
- The other, also double, has 2 beautiful single beds together, on the sides of which there are also beautiful side tables. There is also no shortage of large wardrobes, some chairs and beautiful matching tables, with a very personal style. X
- Both bedrooms, which have large adjustable radiators, in addition to being very spacious, benefit from the light that enters through their large windows, covered with beautiful curtains. In the hallway that separates them, we have distributed a large sofa, with a very original upholstery, between beautiful wardrobes and small tables, as a living room. X

Sourroundings of Casa Rural Las Verdes I
In the north of the Castilian-La Mancha province of León, on the border with Asturias, is the region of Babia, a place whose precious nature is of such value that it has been declared Reserve of the Biosphere by UNESCO, in addition to being protected under the category of Site of Community Importance, which aims to guarantee correct conservation of the most important ecosystems of the member stadiums of the European Union. It includes, in turn, the municipalities of Cabrillanes, whose center, of the same name, is capital of the region, and San Emiliano.
The region stands out for a harmonious combination of limestone mountains, among which the Peña Ubiña stands out, at 2,441 meters of altitude, and which flows into the Cantabrian Mountains ; extensive and green meadows, which are used to the maximum for livestock, the main economic engine of the region, and through which chamois graze, which every year see large herds made up of merino sheep ; and the fluid waters of its rivers: the Sil, whose source is in La Cueta, the Torrestío and the Luna. All three are ideal for fishing, especially trout, with reserves and sections enabled for this purpose.

It is a small town, in which approximately 49 inhabitants live together, but of great beauty, not only because of this beautiful natural environment that we are talking about and that surrounds it, but also because of buildings such as a beautiful church, the oldest in all of Babia, and the building of the City Council, from which the entire region is organized and directed.
It borders, in turn, with places of extreme beauty, such as Asturias to the north, Riello and Murias de Paredes to the south, Villablino to the west, and San Emiliano to the east. Also, not far from here, at 86 kilometers, is the city of León. All of this guarantees a great variety of tourist possibilities, both for the natural landscapes and for the beauty of the towns and cities located around, as well as for Cabrillanes itself.
