Casa Rural Latxaberria

This rural house built on 3 floors has its walls raised in the Zuaztoi neighborhood, within the municipality of Azpilkueta , belonging to the pronvia of Navarre. It is located in a sparsely populated area that is surrounded by meadows and mountains, so that the feeling of tranquility and calm is guaranteed.

This traditional house was rehabilitated in 1999 and has the capacity to house a maximum of 18 people. It is, therefore, the perfect accommodation to go in large group of friends or gather the whole family to get away for a few days from the routine and get carried away by the natural environment and its pure air.

The house puts at the disposition of the tenants all the facilities and comforts necessary to make them feel as if they were in their own home. In addition, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

• A kitchen modera and complete that has all the appliances necessary for the day to day of the guests. Marble countertop in which the glass-ceramic is placed, corner of the room destined to elaborate delicious dishes such as typical pintxos in the area. Its drawers and beige cabinets are responsible for storing the household items, as well as cutlery and crockery. A window located in the main wall of the kitchen allows light to cross its windows and naturally illuminate the space. In addition, for those quick breakfasts or simple dinners, a large wooden table if available in the room, so that tenants can eat having all the kitchen utensils at your fingertips. li>
  • For special occasions, there is an area reserved for the dining room. It consists of a large wooden table with several chairs around it and a small round table. It is the perfect place to eat as a family and adults can be separated from the children. In addition, from this room you have direct access to the garden area thanks to a glass door.
    • The living room consists of several sofas and upholstered armchairs in pink and lilac colors that give a seat to all the guests of the house. In the middle of the living room, a small wooden table lying on a carpet covering the floor. For cold seasons, a fireplace located in this space becomes the protagonist of the house as it will warm the guests thanks to its fire. A television with DVD is, without a doubt, the perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation.Â
      • 8 double bedrooms, 2 of them have a double bed and the rest with 2 single beds inside the rooms, there was the possibility of adding up to 2 extra beds plus a 2 cots, in case there were babies among the tenants. These are rustic spaces decorated in a simple way, in which only the color of their walls changes. All bedrooms have bedside tables and a wardrobe so that guests can store all their luggage. From the windows of the rooms you can contemplate the great views that the valley offers.
        • 3 full and shared bathrooms for all tenants. They have a shower inside and the house puts the towels as well as the basic body care products at the service of the guests.
          • A room intended for leisure and entertainment where a parchà © table, a pin-pong table, a football table, a pool table < / strong> for the smallest of the house and, finally, a table to play chess and exercise the mind.
            In the exterior of the house there is space for a covered terrace, ideal for tenants to break the routine and enjoy a meal in the open air as the terrace has with furniture for the garden and a barbecue.
            
            Children can have fun playing on the swings or bathing in the portable pool l.Â

Inside the Valley of Baztán, in the province of Navarra, this rural house is located, specifically in the village of Azpilkueta, which is formed by 4 beautiful neighborhoods que son Arribiltoa, Apaioa, Urrasun and, por Last, Zuaztoi.
With respect to the places of interest that we find in this area of ​​northern Spain, the Palace of Azpilkueta and the medieval tower stand out, used as a defensive fortress, so it is currently almost demolished.

Also located within the Baztán Valley is the municipality of Elizondo, a few kilometers from the city of Pamplona and characterized by being considered the capital of the valley.
Pamplona is one of the most beautiful cities in the north of Spain and is very popular due to the celebration of San Fernines, in the month of July. Its extensions allow you to travel in just one day, being able to contemplate some of its great monuments such as the City Hall, the Gothic Cathedral and the Palace of Navarre, among others.

With respect to the typical cuisine of the area, the most typical are the pintxos which, due to its great variety and quality, have become one of the tourist attractions of this place.
