Casa Rural Les Sitges

This spectacular stone paved house is located in the Prepirineo viewpoint, in the Catalan municipality of Viver i Serrateix. Its construction is dated in the year 1187 and has a garden area with barbecue. The facade has remained as it is, but inside we have adapted it to the current comforts.

It is built in a total of 3 floors and has capacity for 10 people.

In our rural house there are 3 bedrooms, of which 2 rooms are of marriage and the other is a room triple. One of the matrimonials has a bathroom inside. Something they all have in common is that they are exterior and have bedside tables, trunks and lamps at night.

The dining room is located on the lower floor of the house. It includes a table and several chairs, and next to this space is distributed the living room, which has a sofa and on its front a fireplace and a television small. The stone and also the wood have been kept in the interior of the house, and proof of this is this wide stay.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances needed so you do not miss anything during the stay. Several cupboards with door will allow you to organize and store utensils and kitchen elements.

There are, in total, 2 bathrooms. The 2 have a shower tray, and one of them also has a double washbasin. As we have already mentioned, one of them is inside one of the double rooms.

The second floor has a terrace with wooden table and chairs, which is complemented by the outdoor area, on the ground floor, with lawn natural where barbecue is located, as well as the swings and 2 long tables for the meals in group.

There is also a room for games and meetings, where you will find the table tennis table and that will serve to make use of board games or toys available to the house. This room is also designed for the youngest of the house, since we have conditioned it with toys for them.

In spite of the antiquity that the house has, everything is very new, since it has been reformed, having heating central in all the rooms.
