Casa Rural los Aperos

This 2-level rural house is located in Santibáñez de Valcorba, a Vallisolitana town. The main activities of the town are livestock and agriculture. That's why our house is the typical farm house, ornamented with all the necessary field tools although restored.

The house is perfect to come several couples with children. It has a capacity of 6 people. However, the number can be extended with extra beds if necessary.

On the floor below the house we find the following rooms:

• Large living room with fireplace. Here you could put an extra bed. The room is decorated with sofas placed in front of the fireplace, and a coffee table. It also has plasma television.
• Kitchen with ceramic hobs and fully equipped. Also to his credit you will find a round table with chairs, and right next to it a cupboard. The table is placed next to the radiator.
• Master bedroom with double bed. On one of the walls there is a mirror.
• Double room with 2 separate single beds.
• 2 bathrooms, one with a hydromassage shower and the other with a beautiful vintage bathtub.

The second floor is a attic a shack with wooden beams views of 90m2. In it we have a double bed, an armchair that also serves as another double bed, a crib and a reading area with an antique desk. There is also the possibility of including 2 extra beds in this room.

In the outdoor area we have a yard of 350 m2. In it there is a parking lot, where there are up to 2 vehicles, a garden area with lawn and slides for children and a barbecue.

In addition the rural house has another area that we have called " the picnic" and that is accessed from the patio. Here we find a traditional wood-burning stove, a large table for up to 24 people, a separate bathroom and a play area where you can enjoy, among other things, table football, poker, darts, billiards and table games such as chess.

The latest addition to this house was a hand-made chicken coop so that guests can eat fresh and completely organic eggs every morning.

Santibánez de Valcorba is a town in total connection with nature, since it is in full stream valley of the same name ..

Of course, for the location of the rural accommodation the main interest is enoturismo, to enjoy the wonderful wines of denomination Ribera del Duero, and gastronomy where stands out the lechazo churro cooked in a traditional way.

Less than 29 kilometers away is Valladolid, a city that houses an enormous cultural, artistic and historical heritage, dressed by churches, statues and river.
