The house is located in Zazuar, a town in the province of Burgos, based in the Ribera del Duero. a is located 5 kilometers from Peñaranda de Duero, and 12 kilometers from Aranda de Duero, both towns with wine cellars with history.

The rural accommodation has capacity to accommodate between 12 and 14 people, and all stays are divided between the 2 floors in which the house is structured. XX
Consisting of 4 double bedrooms with separate beds and 2 double bedrooms, all of them with the bedding needed. We offer the option of providing cots for babies if necessary.

the kitchen has everything you need in terms of Household Appliance and small appliances are concerned. It includes a dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Meanwhile, en lounge is includes a fireplace even though the house has radiators in each of the rooms. We provide our guests all the necessary wood for the operation thereof, as well as the barbecue located in the garden. There is a large collection of games for the entertainment of all our visitors.

Outside we find a porch desde which we can enjoy the garden . Under roof, there is a table and chairs that can be used on hot days or, for example, rain. But in addition, in the middle of the garden there is another small table with chairs and umbrella to take advantage of the days that are totally sunny, and different fruit trees such as plums.
