Casa Rural Medina - Las Eras

Rural house within a complex of 3 houses located in Güevéjar, 8 km from Granada and has enough space to have a pleasant stay.

Spread over 2 floors, you have the following services on the ground floor:

• A kitchen that we present to you fully equipped with appliances and with a small table inside so you can eat there directly when you cook. It is totally independent from the living room but there is a kitchen-style window that joins these two rooms.

• The living room is quite spacious and in addition to having the wooden dining table, has a chaise longue that is located in front of a large piece of furniture where there are ornaments and a television.

From this floor we can directly access a very bright patio that has terrace furniture and in which you can enjoy pleasant meals thanks to the barbecue that we have.

The house has 3 double bedrooms that are on the upper floor:

• 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a decoration in shades of pink and white that has a very romantic air.

• A bedroom with a double bed, also carefully decorated, one in green tones and the other in orange tones.

In all the bedrooms the services are the same, large wardrobes to be able to put your clothes during the stay, bedside tables, lots of light and of course the beds already prepared with sheets and blankets so that you do not lack for anything.

We also have 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink and a toilet also equipped with the necessary things. There are always at your disposal sets of clean towels for each of the guests.

As a detail, highlight the presence of a common area to all the houses that we have. It is a games room with billiards, table tennis and table football where you can spend pleasant moments with your family or friends. This house shares the playground with another of the houses. There is a large room for meetings that is offered when renting at least two houses. No parties or music allowed as we have neighbors.

80 meters from is the pool, which will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from May 1 to October 15.

The environment of our house could not be more enviable. Just 6 kilometers from the historic center of Granada, you can lose yourself in one of the wonders of the world such as The Alhambra. Made up of several gardens, palaces and a fortress, visiting this monument is dedicating an entire day to what was the Nasrid Kingdom. We recommend a walk through the Alcazaba or the Patio de los Leones. You will be able to discover a city treasure within walls that keep a lot of history and many treasures. Water becomes one more element throughout the route and you will be able to see it in its fountains that adorn the most beautiful patios such as El Partal or the gardens of the Generalife.

Getting lost in the streets of Granada is also visiting the Royal Chapel where the Catholic Monarchs, Juana la Loca and Felipe el Hermoso are buried. It is another of the most visited places in the capital and it is that on its tour you can learn a lot about the history of Spain.

Visiting Sierra Nevada may be the best plan if you come in cold and snowy seasons. It was declared a National Park due to the large number of important characteristics it has regarding its nature and its landscape. It has the highest altitude ski slope in all of Spain.
