Rural accommodation located in the vicinity of the Murcian municipality of Totana, in the region of Bajo Guadalentín and at the foot of the Sierra de Espuña.

With a capacity for 14 people, the house is ideal to spend a few days on vacation with family or friends and enjoy the climate and the tourist offer of the region.

A spacious house with a place for pets and equipped facilities to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.

Children will have an outdoor recreation area where they will find the pool. It is located in a fenced enclosure that favors security and has sun loungers around it to comfortably sunbathe on the terrace.

Among the common areas is the kitchen, which shares space with the dining room, being the warmest place in the house in winter as it has a fireplace. Next to it, the living room, a space for rest and tranquility with a larger dining table and comfortable sofas in front of the television.

The house has 5 rooms that share 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms with different capacities, spacious and bright. Its ceilings are sloping ceilings and some of them have fitted wardrobes.

The views of Totana are unbeatable from the viewpoint of the saint. This town in the Bajo Guadalentín region is characteristic for its traditional craft market on the last Sunday of the month. Here you will find typical products of the region's industry, highlighting pottery.
A walk through Totana will serve to discover the Arco de las Ollerías or the Hermitage of San Roque. In the surroundings of the town is the Bastida, one of the most valued archaeological remains in Europe.

Close to Totana is the coastal town of Mazarrón. Trying the fig bread or the paparajotes is possible in its different establishments. It still conserves one of the old alum mines of the municipality, in whose soil lagoons of different colors have been formed due to the presence of sulfur in the water.
