This accommodation is located in the Palencia village of Villanueva de los Nabos, a small village where you will find an ideal space to disconnect in the middle of the countryside.

The accommodation is a country house with a lot of charm, because both its exterior and interior preserve the traditional architecture of the area, and, at the same time, it incorporates all kinds of modern comforts to offer a perfect stay.
If we have to select the best part of the house, it would probably be the exterior, with a huge garden of natural grass, where, if you travel with a pet, it can enjoy running and playing, since animals are allowed.

Next to the garden we also have a large terrace, covered with a wooden gazebo with space for barbecue, and, in addition, the spectacular saltwater pool, which is covered, but in good weather it can be opened to the exterior through the large glass that it has.
The house has an occupation for 16 people within very spacious spaces with its rustic touch, where rest is made up of:

• 8 rooms with a double bed, of which 4 incorporate inside a room with bathroom with shower.

The three remaining bathrooms, except for one of them, also include a shower tray and are for common use in the rest of the house, but in addition, on the ground floor one of these is adapted for people with difficulties in the mobility.

A spacious living room, with direct access to the pool, with an area with armchairs around the fireplace, and two large dining tables from where you can comfortably watch the television, is the place perfect to make life in your room.
The kitchen, on the other hand, is very large and independent of the dining room, and in its center rises a practical island, in addition to sharing space with a living room with a spacious corner sofa.
On the highest floor of the house we find a totally open space and of great dimensions with sloping ceiling that can serve as a play area for the little ones.

Villanueva de los Nabos (Palencia) is a district of just over 20 inhabitants that belongs to, the Palencia town of Villaturde.

It is an ideal corner to disconnect, but also as a base to explore the area.
One of the most famous towns in the surroundings is Carrión de los Condes, which, in addition, is considered as one of the most important medieval towns in the peninsula.
And it is that its historical past is very present through its old buildings, such as the Monastery of Santa Clara or that of San Zoilo, as well as several churches in honor of Santiago, Santa María del Camino o San Andrés.

Being located next to to the river Carrión, you can enjoy a pleasant walk along its shore, full of trees and shrubs, thanking its shade during the summer.
