Our accommodation is located in the urban area of the town of Velayos, a charming area where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility to the maximum on your trip to Ávila.

- Un spacious living room, in which we have exposed brick and wood in the beams and columns. It has a set of armchairs upholstered in leather, facing the front in which we have the plasma television, and also the wood fireplace that will bring warmth to the dining area, with wooden table S2XL2 and chairs.
- An American kitchen that communicates with the living room, and that has a worktop where you will be able to find all the appliances and kitchenware with which to cook as if you were at home.
- A very nice game room / library in which we have different books and various board games for young and old.
- 5 bedrooms of which the first is a quadruple bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 bed and 2 single beds as well as integrated bathroom in the bedroom space. The following 2 bedrooms are spaces with a bed of double, while the other 2, have a pair of beds individual.
- 2 additional bathrooms, with all kinds of toilets and towel sets.
- Un spacious cellar room, in which you will be able to celebrate any event since it has tables, chairs, TV, electronic dartboard and stereo, and a area of the bar, ideal for those parties with friends.
- The communication of the kitchen with the living room cellar is a closed terrace with folding roof automatically and has table and chairs so you can enjoy the fresh air.

My name is César Arzabe, I am the new owner of this accommodation. I aim to continue with the house and its high use. I have made an implementation to the house based on what I already had, adding a table football and a barbecue for the user. We have also implemented fiber.
