Description of Casa Rural Río Tranquilo I
This rural house classified with 4 green stars which we describe here is in the Manchega province of Albacete, more specifically in the small town of Alcalá del Júcú Repeat.
The facade, of 2 plants, is built in the typical materials of the area, which are the stone, discovered in a large part of the interior walls of the house, and the wood, which crosses the rooms through the beams of their roofs. Located on the banks of the Júcar River, we can admire it from its garden, in which we can sit both in its Chill Out area of 150 m, and as in the roofed porch 30 m. With a maximum capacity for 8 people, being able to add 2 spaces for children under 2 years, the rooms are distributed as follows:
- A large room, decorated in reddish and wood tones, visible both in the ceilings and in furniture and other decoration, in which we find a lounge with sofas in front of a chimney, in stone, closed and a television. All this next to a open kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils that we can miss.
- 4 double bedrooms, that follow the same decorative line as the rest of the house, having details that differentiate them with each other, having a bed of marriage and individual beds.
- 2 full bathrooms and very spacious, with toilets in perfect condition and with showers of large size, including for more comfort the set of towels.

This rural house is located in the small district of Tolosa (Alcalá del Júcar), belonging to the Manchega de Albacete province, with an estimated population of about 30 inhabitants, allowing us to enjoy unique tranquility.
This small town offers us spectacular corners while we walk through its streets, adding the views provided by the Júcar River in its path next to the houses, also having the possibility of carrying out aquatic activities in it.
Being at a very short distance, we should not stop visiting the town of Alcalá del Júcar, belonging to the association of the most beautiful villages in Spain, declared artistic historical set, standing on the banks of the river on which the arc bridge was built. It has several buildings of great architectural beauty such as the bullring or the Castillo, which monitors us from the top of the watchtower.
