Casa rural Sancho de Rota

This rural house is located at Arguedas, a town in Navarra with more than 2000 inhabitants. It is a stone and wood building decorated in a rustic way to convey the peace and tranquility of the countryside, but completely remodeled to include all the modern comforts of rest and hygiene.

Located on a single floor, this house can accommodate up to 7 people. The house is divided into these rooms:

• 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and the other with 3 separate beds.

• A complete bathroom located in the hallway to service all the rooms.

• A kitchen finished in metal and equipped with all the appliances necessary to make the stay more comfortable, among which is a dishwasher.

• A living room furnished with soft leather sofas in which to relax while watching a movie on the television or on the DVD player.

• Un interior patio of more than 50 square meters furnished with an outdoor table where you enjoy succulent barbecues which is located under a porch que protects it from the sun and the rain.

The house also has the following services:

• Heating so that the house is as cozy in winter.

• air conditioning to maintain a cool temperature in the hot season.

• Admit pets so that the animals do not have to stay at home while the owners escaped to the field.

• Possibility of adding a crib for those who travel with babies.

Arguedas is a village in Navarra that exceeds 2000 inhabitants located in the municipality of Tudela. In this town you can see the Palacio de los Bobadilla, a construction of the seventeenth century of large proportions built with solid stone. The mansion has 3 floors and a basement and it highlights the main door, with stone lintels and the wooden balcony on 3 stone bases.

Near this town is the head of merindad, Tudela, which is the second most populated municipality of Navarra. In Tudela can be seen the Palace of the Marquis of San Adrián, a palace of the sixteenth century that has some grayish frescoes that are the only made in a civil building of this century.

In this city you can also admire the great stone bridge that crosses the river Ebro, dating from the twelfth century, it is not known whether as an original construction or as a restoration of a Muslim of the ninth century. The bridge extends over 17 unequal arches that allow the bridge to extend 360 meters. It is an impressive work of medieval architecture that is worth contemplating.
