Located at Zurucuáin, at the foot of the Sierra de Andía, this house is an ideal home to retire with friends or family to the countryside to spend a few days on vacation.

It is a new construction house that respects the traditional stone and wood materials to blend in with the town houses.

Built on 3 floors, this house can accommodate up to 11 people and is divided into the following stays:

• 5 double bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and the other 3 with 2 single beds. The bedroom located in the loft has capacity to accommodate an extra bed.

• 2 bathrooms fully equipped and with bathtub, which provide service to all rooms.

• Una living room furnished with comfortable sofas in which to relax in front of the , which also has a loft with sofas that can be used as reading room.

• A dining room with a long table that can be used to play while you are not eating.

• Una kitchen with wooden cabinets and marble countertops equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay in the house as comfortable as possible.

Zurucuáin is a locality of 95 inhabitants, according to the 2007 census. It is located west of Navarra, in the Yerri valley, which borders on the north with the mountain range of Andía. This mountain range is a plateau of gentle undulations through which various routes and excursions can be made. One of these is the one that goes up to the Meziza. It is an easy route, circular and lasts about 3 hours and 20 minutes. From the top of the Mezquita you can see a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains and the meadows and forests that form it.

Together with the Urbasa mountain range, the Améscoas and the natural reserve of the nacedero del Urredera, the mountain range of Andía forms the Natural Park of Urbasa-Andía. This park is mainly populated by green meadows and beech woods, which form magical places. One of these places is the nacedero of the Urederra, a cascade of blue waters worthy of seeing.

Also close to this area is the Alloz Reservoir, fed by the salty river, which allows to bathe in summer, or to walk along its banks in winter. It is also a good idea to take a boat ride through its waters, contemplating the mountains and their reflection.
