Casa Rural Villa Florita

This rural accommodation is the result of the mix between a old house and a part of building more modern. It is located in the town of Valdelaguna, in the province of Madrid.

Originally, this house was one of the typical of the village, built from a natural cave. In the years 70, added a higher floor to complete the house and that it fulfilled the function of rural accommodation. In this way, everything has been achieved in it, from its façade, to its interiors, through all the open spaces it has.

After being renovated, the house has capacity to accommodate 6 people, so it is perfect for groups of friends or couples.

The ground floor es where a total of 3 caves, to which an interesting use has been provided. One of them is used as XX, other is part of the kitchen, and the third has become incredible bathroom where relax will be a breeze.

In this plant is also located room with fireplace, kitchen itself and dining room. All the rooms look directly onto the garden .

The upper floor has a distributor that will give the rooms. The roofs are attic and the floors are from wood, which gives it a look of the most cozy.

In total there is 3 bedrooms, equipped with a double bed. In addition there is another full bathroom and a living room that has a sofa bed to add 2 seats more accommodation.

And if the interiors seem insufficient, all guest will marvel outdoor areas of which you have. On the ground floor hay 2 landscaped courtyards and equipped with tables and chairs ; one of them also has a barbecue. It also has a pool with solarium, at full disposal of the users when the weather allows it.

And what is an authentic gift for the senses, a private terrace on the roof, furnished as chillout, from where it is possible to delight with wonderful views to the mountains.

The town of Valdelaguna offers several monuments that are worth visiting, such as the city hall and the church of La Asunción. That is why it is recommended that guests spend part of their time in discover the town.

The natural environment has unparalleled places to be able to perform adventure activities by land and air.

In the area flights are performed in ultralight and karting races. It is also possible to perform trekking routes o on bike or contract multi-adventure packages.
