This cozy rural house is located in the province of A Coruña, specifically in the municipality of Boiro, just 500 meters from the beach. Accommodation that has a privileged environment made up of numerous beaches bathed by the Arosa estuary and a natural area where you can watch squirrels or listen to birds chirping while watching the sunrise.
With capacity to accommodate a maximum of 5 people, we also have another house with similar characteristics 1 km away from this one. It is the perfect place to go with family or close friends and let yourself be carried away by the Galician atmosphere that is a compendium of quality, tradition, gastronomy, beauty in its landscapes and the kindness of its inhabitants.

The accommodation is surrounded by a garden made up of different corners, including the pool, a perfect alternative for those hot days when you want to take a dip. In addition, its size is ideal so that small children can have fun without running any type of risk.
Several hammocks and loungers are arranged around the garden so that tenants can relax in the sun while, for example, reading a book.
For special celebrations, a barbecue allows guests to break the routine and cook something different outdoors.
Finally, there is a private parking within the property itself so that clients can leave their vehicle with complete peace of mind.

The house, adapted for people with reduced mobility, is made up of the following rooms:
- A modern kitchen in red tones that is fully equipped with the latest generation appliances. White countertop that matches the red color of your furniture. Induction kitchen to prepare exquisite dishes and a large refrigerator to store food without space problems. On its shelves, closet and drawer s are stored household items, as well as cooking utensils and tableware. This way guests will feel at home.
- The living room and the dining room are located in the same space. In one of the areas of this room, there is a multi-seater sofa located in front of a flat television, a perfect alternative for those moments of relaxation. In the center, a small white table on which a vase rests. Decoration characterized by its minimalist style in which it takes care of all the details and combines all its elements and colors, such as its plaster and brick walls. A large window is responsible for naturally illuminating the space. At the other end of the room there is a white table with 6 chairs around it, therefore, this is the area reserved for comfortably enjoying breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Its proximity to the living room allows, for example, watching television while enjoying dinner with friends. An original lamp on the ceiling illuminates the room when night falls.
- 2 double bedrooms, one of them is made up of a double bed while the remaining room has 2 single beds and space to add an extra bed if guests consider it necessary. They are very similar rooms that follow the decorative line of the rest of the house with light colors on their walls and modern paintings arranged on them. Each bedroom is made up of nightstands and a closet so that tenants can store their luggage.
- The bathroom is complete and is shared use by all the people staying in the house. Composed of a shower with glass screen that gives a modern touch to the space. A small basket stores the necessary body care products. In addition, the house makes towels available to guests, so they don't have to worry about anything.
